Намазваме решетката и емпанадасите с олио. "Пържим" на 205 градуса за около 12 минути, като на 6-тата минути отваряме и мажем още веднъж с олио и ги обръщаме, за да не станат прекалено сухи.<br />Разбира се, винаги можете да ги изпържите в силно загрято олио. Аз обаче предпочетох по-здравословният вариант и затова ги направих в моят незаменим помощник еърфраер.<br />P.S. Маслото нарязваме на малки кубчета и го добавяме към брашното. Разбъркваме с бъркалка или миксер, докато се получи нещо подобно на трохи. Изсипваме водата и омесваме тестото, но не повече от няколко движения... само докато стане на топка. (Важно е да се работи възможно най-кратко и колкото се може по-малко с ръце, тъй като от топлината им маслото ще се отпусне и тестото ще стане лепкаво и жилаво.) Готовото тесто се увива в стреч фолио (или найлонова торбичка) и се прибира в хладилник.<br />Пускаме фурната да се загрява на 200 градуса и се захващаме с приготвянето на плънката.<br />Загряваме зехтина в тиган и в него задушаваме нарязаните лук и чесън за около 2 минути. Добавяме нарязаните гъби и сол на вкус. Задушаваме гъбите на умерен огън за около 5 минути, като бъркаме непрекъснато. <div style="text-align: center;"><i>Започваме с кратко уточнение, че това всъщност не са наденички, а вегетарианско ястие приготвено във формата на наденички. Рецептата идва от провинция Гламорган в Уелс. По време на втората световна война рецептата става популярна в този си вид, тъй като продуктите за нея били лесно дотъпни, а доставките на месо били затруднени. Домакините трябвало да се научат да готвят с наличните местни продукти и така се появили доста интересни рецепти, които вече са се превърнали в класики.<br />
Започваме с праза, който сме почистили предварително и нарязали на полумесеци. Задушаваме го в маслото за 5-6 минути на умерен огън.
